Kullanım Koşulları

Kadrio uygulamasını ("Uygulama") indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Uygulama Tocco Yazılım Dijital Kurumsal Çözümler San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("biz") tarafından sunulur. Uygulamayı App Store'dan indirdiysen Apple Standart Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) de geçerlidir. Bu koşullarla çeliştiği durumda Apple sözleşmesi esas alınır.
Kadrio Pro aboneliği
- Kadrio Pro haftalık ve yıllık abonelik olarak sunulur. Fiyatlar satın almadan önce uygulamada, ülkene göre gösterilir.
- Ödeme, satın alma onaylandığında Apple ID veya Google Play hesabından tahsil edilir.
- Abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde tahsil edilir.
- Ücretsiz deneme sunulduğunda, deneme bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezsen ücretli aboneliğe geçilir. Deneme süresinin kullanılmayan kısmı, abonelik satın alındığında geçersiz olur.
- Aboneliğini cihazındaki hesap ayarlarından (iOS: Ayarlar → adın → Abonelikler) yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsin. İptal, içinde bulunulan dönemin sonunda geçerli olur.
- İade talepleri Apple veya Google'ın politikalarına göre onlar tarafından değerlendirilir.
Tasarımların ve şablonlar
Uygulamayla hazırladığın görselleri kişisel ve ticari sosyal medya paylaşımlarında (ör. Instagram story, gönderi, kapak) özgürce kullanabilirsin. Kendi fotoğrafların ve metinlerin sana aittir. Şablonların, grafik öğelerin ve yazı tiplerinin kendileri bize veya lisans verenlerine aittir. Bunları uygulamadan ayırarak ayrı bir şablon, grafik paketi veya ürün olarak satamaz ya da dağıtamazsın. Bazı grafik öğeler üçüncü kişilerin açık lisanslarıyla (ör. CC BY 4.0) kullanılmaktadır. Atıflar uygulamada veya bu sitede yer alır.
Kullanım kuralları
Uygulamayı hukuka aykırı, başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden veya yanıltıcı içerik üretmek için kullanmamalısın. Yerleştirdiğin fotoğrafları ve metinleri kullanma hakkına sahip olmaktan sen sorumlusun.
Sorumluluğun sınırı
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Taslaklar cihazında saklanır. Uygulamayı silersen veya cihazını değiştirirsen taslaklar kaybolabilir.
Değişiklikler ve sona erme
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır. Koşulları ihlal edersen Uygulamaya erişimini sonlandırabiliriz.
Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici olarak bulunduğun ülkenin zorunlu tüketici koruma hükümleri saklıdır.

Terms of Use

By downloading or using the Kadrio app (the "App"), you agree to these terms. The App is provided by Tocco Yazılım Dijital Kurumsal Çözümler San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("we"). If you downloaded the App from the App Store, the Apple Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies. Where it conflicts with these terms, the Apple agreement prevails.
Kadrio Pro subscription
- Kadrio Pro is offered as weekly and annual subscriptions. Prices for your country are shown in the App before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your account settings (iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Your designs and templates
You may freely use images you create with the App in personal and commercial social media posts (e.g. Instagram stories, posts, covers). Your own photos and text remain yours. The templates, graphic elements and fonts themselves belong to us or our licensors. You may not extract them from the App, or sell or distribute them as standalone templates, graphic packs or products. Some graphic elements are used under third-party open licenses (e.g. CC BY 4.0). Attributions appear in the App or on this site.
Acceptable use
Do not use the App to create unlawful, infringing or misleading content. You are responsible for having the rights to the photos and text you add.
Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the App. Drafts are stored on your device. They may be lost if you delete the App or change devices.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page. We may terminate your access if you violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
