Gizlilik Politikası

Bu politika, Tocco Yazılım Dijital Kurumsal Çözümler San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("biz") tarafından sunulan Kadrio mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") hangi bilgileri nasıl kullandığını açıklar.
Fotoğrafların ve tasarımların
Şablonlara yerleştirdiğin fotoğraflar ve hazırladığın taslaklar yalnızca cihazında işlenir ve saklanır. Bunları sunucularımıza yüklemiyoruz, göremiyoruz ve saklamıyoruz. Fotoğraf galerine yalnızca senin seçtiğin fotoğrafları eklemek ve bitirdiğin tasarımları kaydetmek için erişiriz. Bu izni istediğin zaman cihaz ayarlarından kaldırabilirsin.
Şablonlar
Uygulama, şablon kataloğunu ve şablon dosyalarını Google Firebase üzerinden indirir. Bu sırada, her internet bağlantısında olduğu gibi, IP adresin gibi teknik bilgiler barındırma sağlayıcısının sunucularına ulaşabilir. Bu indirmelerde hesap ya da kişisel bilgi kullanılmaz.
Aramalar
Uygulamadaki şablon aramalarını, kataloğa hangi konuların eklenmesi gerektiğini anlamak için kaydederiz: aranan kelime, kaç sonuç çıktığı, cihaz dili, işletim sistemi, uygulama sürümü ve uygulamanın bu cihazda oluşturduğu rastgele bir kurulum kimliği. Kurulum kimliği, aradığın şablon eklendiğinde sana haber verebilmemiz içindir; adın, e-postan ya da telefon numaran gibi bilgilerle ilişkilendirilmez. Arama kutusuna kişisel bilgi yazmamanı öneririz.
Paylaşımlar
Hangi şablonların daha çok sevildiğini anlamak için paylaşımları kaydederiz: şablonun kimliği, paylaşımın nereye yapıldığı (Instagram, WhatsApp, galeri ya da diğer), Kadrio çıkartmasının açık olup olmadığı, sonuç, işletim sistemi, uygulama sürümü ve cihaz dili. Fotoğrafların, yazdığın metinler ve kurulum kimliğin bu kayda eklenmez.
Kullanım istatistikleri
Uygulamayı geliştirmek için Google Firebase Analytics ile anonim kullanım istatistikleri toplarız: hangi ekranların ve şablonların açıldığı, paylaşımın hangi uygulamaya yapıldığı, arama kelimeleri, uygulama sürümü, cihaz modeli, ülke ve dil gibi bilgiler. Fotoğrafların, yazdığın metinler ve adın gibi kişisel bilgiler gönderilmez. iOS'ta Uygulama Takip Şeffaflığı iznini verdiysen reklam kimliği de bu istatistiklere eklenebilir. Uygulama çökerse, hatayı bulup düzeltebilmek için Firebase Crashlytics ile çökme raporu (hatanın yeri, cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi ve uygulama sürümü) gönderilir. Bildirimler
İzin verirsen yeni şablonlar ve aradığın şablonlar eklendiğinde bildirim göndeririz (Google Firebase Cloud Messaging ile). Bunun için cihazının bildirim adresi (token), uygulama dili, abonelik durumu (Pro ya da ücretsiz), saat dilimi ve uygulama sürümü saklanır. Gece saatlerinde bildirim göndermeyiz ve haftada en fazla iki bildirim göndeririz. Bildirimleri uygulamanın Ayarlar ekranından ya da telefonunun ayarlarından istediğin zaman kapatabilirsin.
Abonelik ve satın almalar
Ödemeler Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden yapılır; kart bilgilerin bize ulaşmaz. Abonelik durumunu doğrulamak için RevenueCat hizmetini kullanırız. RevenueCat'e uygulamanın oluşturduğu anonim bir kullanıcı kimliği ve satın alma kayıtları (ürün, tarih, fiyat, ülke) iletilir. Ayrıntılar: RevenueCat Gizlilik Politikası.
Reklamlar
Ücretsiz sürümde Google AdMob reklamları gösterilir. AdMob, reklam göstermek ve ölçmek için cihaz tanımlayıcıları (ör. reklam kimliği), IP adresi ve uygulama kullanım bilgilerini toplayabilir. Kişiselleştirilmiş reklamlar yalnızca iznin varsa gösterilir: iOS'ta Uygulama Takip Şeffaflığı izniyle, Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı ve Birleşik Krallık'ta ise uygulama içi izin formuyla. Bu tercihleri cihaz ayarlarından değiştirebilirsin. Pro abonelerine reklam gösterilmez. Ayrıntılar: Google reklam politikaları.
Paylaşım
Bir tasarımı Instagram gibi bir uygulamaya paylaştığında görsel, cihazının paylaşım özelliğiyle doğrudan o uygulamaya aktarılır. Bundan sonrası o uygulamanın gizlilik politikasına tabidir.
Bilgileri satmıyoruz
Kişisel bilgilerini satmıyoruz. Yukarıda sayılanlar dışında üçüncü kişilerle paylaşmıyoruz. Yasal bir zorunluluk olursa bunun dışında kalabiliriz.
Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bu yaştaki çocuklardan bilerek bilgi toplamayız.
Hakların
Bulunduğun yerdeki mevzuata göre (ör. KVKK, GDPR) bilgilerine erişme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme hakkın vardır. Uygulamayı sildiğinde cihazdaki taslakların da silinir. Bildirim kaydının, aramalarının ya da RevenueCat'teki anonim kaydının silinmesi için bize yazabilirsin (kurulum kimliğin Ayarlar ekranının altında yazar).
Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır.

This policy explains what information the Kadrio mobile app (the "App"), provided by Tocco Yazılım Dijital Kurumsal Çözümler San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("we"), uses and how.
Your photos and designs
The photos you place into templates and the drafts you create are processed and stored only on your device. We do not upload, view or store them on our servers. We access your photo library only to add photos you choose and to save designs you finish. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.
Templates
The App downloads its template catalog and template files from Google Firebase. As with any internet connection, technical information such as your IP address may reach the hosting provider's servers. No account or personal information is used for these downloads.
Searches
We record template searches in the App to understand which topics to add to the catalog: the search term, how many results it returned, device language, operating system, app version and a random installation ID the App creates on this device. The installation ID lets us tell you when a template you searched for is added; it is not linked to your name, email or phone number. Please don't type personal information into the search box.
Shares
To understand which templates people like most, we record shares: the template's ID, where it was shared (Instagram, WhatsApp, gallery or other), whether the Kadrio sticker was on, the result, operating system, app version and device language. Your photos, the text you type and your installation ID are not included.
Usage statistics
To improve the App we collect anonymous usage statistics with Google Firebase Analytics: which screens and templates are opened, which app you share to, search terms, app version, device model, country and language. Your photos, the text you type and personal details such as your name are never sent. On iOS, if you have granted App Tracking Transparency permission, the advertising identifier may be included. If the App crashes, a crash report (where the error occurred, device model, operating system and app version) is sent via Firebase Crashlytics so we can find and fix it. Notifications
If you allow it, we send notifications about new templates and templates you searched for (via Google Firebase Cloud Messaging). For this we store your device's notification address (token), app language, subscription status (Pro or free), time zone and app version. We don't send notifications at night and send at most two a week. You can turn notifications off at any time in the App's Settings or your phone's settings.
Subscriptions and purchases
Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we never receive your card details. We use RevenueCat to verify subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous user ID generated by the App and your purchase records (product, date, price, country). See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
Advertising
The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), IP address and app usage information to serve and measure ads. Personalized ads are shown only with your consent: on iOS through App Tracking Transparency, and in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom through the in-app consent form. You can change these choices in your device settings. Pro subscribers see no ads. See Google's advertising policies.
Sharing
When you share a design to an app such as Instagram, the image is passed directly to that app through your device's share feature. From then on, that app's privacy policy applies.
We don't sell your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with third parties only as described above. The exception is when the law requires us to.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information. Deleting the App removes your drafts from your device. To have your notification record, your searches or your anonymous RevenueCat record deleted, contact us (your installation ID is shown at the bottom of the Settings screen).
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
